I have been “clean eating” since January 2011. I started following a paleo solution (NOT a diet – I won’t rant about this here) since early 2012. As you can see, it helped me lose weight. But it has also helped with:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Anger
- PMS
- Hormonal issues
- General health
- Mental clarity
I started this journey simply to lose some weight, but the benefits I received have had a much greater impact on my life than just weight loss.
